Easy Milk pudding with Quick strawberry sauce

It's raining almost everyday now, and with this kind of weather, all I want to do is siting and reading while listening to the sound of the rain.
.... It will be better if there is something to eat while reading too, but easy menu is the best ^^. Without turning on the oven, this milk pudding is very easy to make in no time. Not only soft milk pudding, but you can have it with strawberry sauce and cookie crumbs too.
This quick strawberry sauce can be made with fresh or frozen strawberry, the amount of the sugar is just the suggestion, as the taste of the strawberry can be varied, and it depends on your taste too.
I love the softness of this pudding, but if you want the pudding to be firmer (or if you have to leave it from the fridge quite long) use 7 g of the gelatin instead of 5 g and increase the water that you use for blooming the gelatin to 35ml.
Drizzle the Sweetened condensed milk over the pudding before serving is recommended as the sweetness of the condensed milk makes this pudding very addictive (esp. for me, haha).

Mix the strawberry and sugar together.
Heat in a microwave at 600W for 1.30-2 minutes

Let it cool completely, and refrigerate.

Crush the cookies and mix with melted butter.
Refrigerate until ready to use.

Put the water into a cup, and sprinkle the gelatin over the water.
Let it bloom for at least 5 minutes.

I use Sweetened condensed milk in this recipe.

Mix the milk and Sweetened condensed milk together.

Heat in a microwave at 600W for 3-4 minutes, put the bloomed gelatin in to the milk mixture and stir until melt.

 Pour into glasses.
Let it cool to room temperature and refrigerate at least 4 hours or until set.

Spoon the sauce over the pudding, sprinkle with cookie crumbs, place fresh strawberry on top and drizzle with  Sweetened condensed milk before serving.
