Gyuudon (牛丼= beef bowl)

This dish is my brother's favourite, ^^ maybe because he love to eat meat, haha

Well I don't know why people say that men like to eat meat, I think both men and women love it (and luckily, there are a lot of good quality in the market right now). This one bowl dish is very easy to make, just put everything into the saucepan, and let the heat do all the work.
I like raw egg (personally) but I know many of you don't think about eating it, haha, so the choice is yours. Serve it over a bowl of cooked rice and you get easy and delicious one bowl dish.
Note: If you're very hungry this one can serve only 1 and a half people, hehe.
