Entremets Glacé "Cappuccino": You'll need Frozen Coffee!!!

I know that I have a bad habit, ^^", when someone ask me for something, I rarely say no. But it's not always a problem when coming to recipe, haha, because when the person who ask me for the recipe get the recipe that he or she wants, I have both recipe and delicious time. For this time, when Khun Kris ask me about the "Ice Cream Cake", I just couldn't say no, because I really want to make it too.

Simple syrup


100g ................................. Water
100g ................................. Sugar
1/4tsp .............................. Corn syrup (Optional, it will prevent the sugar to crystallize, 
......................................... but if you don't keep the syrup too long you don't need it) 


Put the water, corn syrup and sugar into small saucepan and bring to boil, until all the sugar dissolved, take off the heat and let the syrup cool.


Keep it in a bottle in the fridge, easy to use every times you need.
When using mix it with liqueur of your choice.

Brown sugar mini muffin with coffee glaze: Little treats, with a big smile!!

Oh! I love this ^^. I always love the taste of brown sugar, it didn't have a sharp sweetness as the white sugar and it makes cake super moist too. Actually I bake these muffins when I feel I need a little treat for myself. It's different from other muffins esp. on its softness.

Easy French Bread ?: I like to take it easy!!!

 Actually, I can't call this one traditional French bread because it's not ^^. But what you will do if you want to have a rustic bread, just bake it by yourself!!! This bread is very easy to make and when I need French bread, I bake this one instead. It doesn't require a lot of preparation, no need for sponge, or anything else, just an instant yeast that's all.

Well, luckily the Amazon shows inside of this book and Voila! I finally know that it’s the same book as ............................ that I already had it in French ^^.
